the way a person is, changable?

once awhile u'll b facing ppl that jus wouldn't admit their wrong, their so full of pride they dun care even if being right means losing a friend. How do u handle such person? well i dunno if any 1 knows seriously i'm going to b ur best friend hahaha. hardheaded ppl jus can't stand to b wrong its as if they will die if they admit defeat, however how can u convince that person to see how he/she is? i mean she won listen to reason do u think she will belif that she is being hard headed? there is a few ways that poped up in my mind, well other then pointing a gun at him/her to say "I am unreasonablely hardheaded" i guess it might help if u can get some 1 that that person admires to do it erm without the gun of cause. then again ppl that is so proud dun really look up to any1 they jus simply thinks their the queen of england or something. what to do,what to do.. i'm losing my mind, should i jus get on with my life without this type of ppl around? i pity them for they might not b given a chance to change mayb i should atleast try to talk to them besides avoiding them ain't solving my problem or does it hmmmmmmmmm
